What information we collect
When you use the general enquiry form, we collect the name, email address, enquiry category and message you provide. Netlify also records limited technical information associated with a submission, such as the date and time, IP address, browser information and referring page, to deliver the form and protect it from spam and abuse.
Please do not include medical records, detailed health information or urgent clinical concerns in the general enquiry form. Consultation bookings are handled separately by the external provider linked on the website and are subject to that provider’s privacy information.
The website stores your optional reading-mode preference in your browser’s local storage. We do not currently operate a newsletter, advertising system or website analytics service.
How and why we use your information
We use enquiry information to read and respond to your message, maintain appropriate business correspondence, protect the website and prevent spam. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to genuine enquiries and operating a secure website. Where we need information to take steps you request before entering into a contract, that may also be our lawful basis.
We do not sell personal information or use contact-form details for marketing.
How long we keep information
General enquiries and related correspondence are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted unless there is a legal, safeguarding or business reason to keep them for longer. Spam may be deleted sooner. Your reading-mode preference remains on your own device until you clear browser storage or change the preference.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to its use, or receive a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis, although the current enquiry form does not rely on consent for handling the enquiry.

Please contact us first if you have a concern about how your information is used. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data-protection regulator.
